It has been specially formulated using a virgin adhesive petroleum resin, which is suspended in a stable emulsion. It was developed to be an environmentally friendly way to solve dust control problems on dusty roads, unpaved industrial lots, and stabilizing storage piles from siltation runoff and wind erosion.
