Non chloride Alpine Ice Melt is of the new generation Ice Control Products containing no chloride content.

Non-Chloride materials are designed to address surface areas that may be sensitive to cumulative degradation from chloride materials. Alpine Ice Melt is a good choice where the integrity of bridge infrastructure and or your application application systems may be paramount. It is also an excellent choice for bridge deck systems.
Alpine Ice Melt is a clear, environmentally gentle material making it excellent for sidewalks, steps, and parking lots. No tracking or odor to contend with.
Alpine Ice Melt has low BOD characteristics and no phosphates or urea so it will not accumulate as residual salts in landscape areas.
Alpine Ice Melt has a eutectic of -76 f for performance in the coldest of weather.
