Denise Burford

Company bookkeeper, Office manager, Dispatch, Customer service.

Denise Burford is our Company Bookkeeper, Office manager and Customer Service professional. Denise has been with America West for 8 years. She is responsible for handling orders and the dispatch of trucks in our winter operations. She co-ordinates the bills of lading, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Denise has four children and enjoys spending her free time with them. She is actively involved in their school activities and hobbies including cheerleading and youth sports. One of their favorite things to do is spend time in the outdoors of the northwest sitting around a campfire.

Arlen Homer

Operations Manager, Customer Sevice Specialist and Dispatching Coordinator.

Arlen has been with America West for 6 years. He is very involved in the day to day operations of America West. Arlen is who you will visit with regarding all aspects of America West's products and services. Whether it is a question about dust control or filling an anti-icing order, Arlen will be there to answer your questions. Arlen has a wife and 2 sons that keep him young and active. He enjoys participating in many activities with them such as coaching basketball teams, Scout Master in the Boy Scouts, family barbeques to or riding his horses.

Doug Self

Customer service, operations.

Doug Self is the newest member of the America West team. Doug comes to us with an extensive background in personnel and project management. Doug monitors the "Attention to Detail" portions of our company. He oversees our strict quality control program from batch blending and calibration to load sampling. Doug also manages America West's sister company, Washington Green Hydroseeding.

Doug has 4 children. Their hobbies include white water rafting, horseback riding and any activity at the fair !

Dan Codd

Marketing, Training, Customer Service

Dan has been with America West for 15 years. Dan is an ISO certified trainer for Snow and Ice control. If you need training for your staff for winter operations, you don't need to look anywhere else. He has trained agencies through out the country. Dan has been very invloved in the development of the PNS approved line of Products that America West has to offer. He also has expereince in dust control and soil stabilization.

Dan lives on the west side of Washington State. He has two children and enjoys spending as much time with them as he can from high school activities to outdoor fun in the San Juan Islands.
